As we introduce Filipino food on a global platter, Angeles City, Pampanga joins the roster of nominees under Asiaโs Best Emerging Culinary City Destination 2024 by the World Culinary Awards.
Celebrated as the countryโs Culinary Heartland, Pampanga (Angeles City) will represent the Philippines to edge out other culinary hotspots: Hanoi (Vietnam), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Kyoto (Japan), and Taipei (Taiwan) for this yearโs edition of Asiaโs Best Emerging Culinary City Destination.
The World Culinary Awards is the sister event of the World Travel Awards inaugurated in 1994. Often dubbed as the โOscars of the travel industry,โ it honors and celebrates excellence in travel and tourism.
